If you have specific storage environment requirements, in addition to powder-coated racks, we can also provide galvanized steel racks. Processes such as hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing can be applied to the rack to increase its corrosion resistance and ability to withstand low-temperature environments.
A: Yes, our engineering team offers free warehouse layout design and racking configuration solutions. We provide standard or customized samples. Sample fees are paid separately.
A: We use standard export packaging with scratch protection. Customized branded packaging is available. We provide sea freight and multi-modal logistics solutions.
A: Yes, we provide English installation manuals, drawings, and video guidance. We offer one year warranty for all racks. If there are issues with the received products, we will provide replacement, re-shipment, or refund solutions depending on the issue.
